Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern the use of Amplisio Profit Upsell. They are not a claim of legal certification or lawyer review.

Operator and eligibility

These terms are between the merchant using Amplisio Profit Upsell and Gediminas Simkus, an individual operating under the Amplisio apps brand.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to manage the Shopify store using the app. You are responsible for use by staff you authorize. Shopify account, platform and theme requirements also apply.

Service

Amplisio helps merchants configure relevant product-page add-on offers using product costs and margin guardrails, review profitability estimates, manage product-page rules, customize a shared storefront widget, and review eligible offer views and verified add-to-cart accepts. Profit Intelligence provides guidance from available merchant inputs and storefront activity.

Verified accepts mean that an offered item was confirmed in the Shopify cart. They are not completed purchases, attributed revenue or realized profit. The current service does not include checkout or post-purchase upsells, discounts, or exact attributable-profit reporting. Shopify operates the cart and checkout, and Amplisio depends on Shopify APIs, permissions and supported theme capabilities.

Free launch

Amplisio is free at launch. There is no Amplisio Shopify subscription charge, usage charge or external app charge. A merchant's own Shopify, payment-processing, shipping and third-party costs remain separate. These terms do not authorize future charges. Any future paid offering would require separate notice, updated terms and any applicable Shopify merchant approval flow.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for providing and maintaining appropriate product-cost, payment-fee, shipping and other inputs. Review estimates, selected products, rules and inventory or availability before enabling offers. Test the theme, widget, add-to-cart and View cart flow. Theme changes require merchant review and Save in Shopify; an unsaved preview is not a live configuration.

You remain responsible for your products, storefront statements, customer transactions and applicable notices or consents. Do not provide unnecessary personal data or secrets in support messages. Nothing in these terms transfers Shopify's or the operator's own legal obligations to you.

Estimates and outcomes

Amplisio calculations depend on available Shopify product information and merchant assumptions. They are decision-support estimates, not accounting records, tax advice, legal advice or financial advice. Actual outcomes depend on costs, product choice, traffic, availability, theme setup and shopper behavior. Amplisio does not guarantee increases in purchases, revenue, margin or profit.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use Amplisio only for stores you are authorized to manage. You must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another merchant's data, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

The operator and its licensors retain rights in the app, software and Amplisio branding. Merchants retain rights in their own content and data. You authorize processing of merchant content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. This authorization does not permit unrelated advertising, resale of data or AI model training.

Availability, support and ending use

Support is available at amplisio.apps@gmail.com. No guaranteed response time, uptime percentage or service-level agreement is offered. Maintenance, third-party platform changes and technical faults can affect availability.

You may disable the storefront widget or uninstall Amplisio through Shopify. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstall is not a promise of immediate deletion from all provider logs, recovery copies or support correspondence.

The operator may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, misuse, a material security risk, or a legal obligation. Notice will be provided where reasonably practicable and lawful. The service may be changed or withdrawn, with appropriate notice where required; urgent security or legal circumstances may require faster action.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amplisio is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every theme, or produce a particular commercial result. Merchants should independently review important business decisions and retain appropriate records.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect merchant inputs, Shopify or third-party outages, unsupported themes, unavailable products, or actions taken outside the documented service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and nothing waives mandatory merchant or consumer rights.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information processed, purposes, service providers, retention and rights-request route. Merchant and support data is not used for advertising, sale of data, unrelated profiling or AI model training.

Changes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without overriding mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to a merchant. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact amplisio.apps@gmail.com so the parties can try to resolve the issue. Disputes are subject to the competent courts determined under applicable law.

Updated terms will be posted with their effective date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice where required. Revised terms will not silently authorize app charges or unrelated data use.
